''openclaw agent'' は、インバウンドチャットメッセージなしで単一のエージェントターンを実行します。
デフォルトでは''Gateway 経由''で実行されます；''--local'' を追加して、現在のマシンで埋め込み
ランタイムを強制的に使用します。

- ''--to <dest>'' はセッションキーを派生（グループ/チャンネルターゲットは分離を維持；直接チャットは ''main'' に折りたたむ）、''または''
- ''--session-id <id>'' は ID で既存のセッションを再利用、''または''
- ''--agent <id>'' は設定されたエージェントを直接ターゲット（そのエージェントの ''main'' セッションキーを使用）
- 通常のインバウンド返信と同じ埋め込みエージェントランタイムを実行。
- 思考/詳細フラグはセッションストアに永続化されます。
- Output:
- デフォルト：返信テキストを出力（''MEDIA:<url>'' 行を含む）
- ''--json''：構造化ペイロード + メタデータを出力
- ''--deliver'' + ''--channel'' でチャンネルへのオプション配信（ターゲット形式は ''openclaw message --target'' に一致）。
- ''--reply-channel''/''--reply-to''/''--reply-account'' を使用してセッションを変更せずに配信をオーバーライド。
Gateway に到達できない場合、CLI は埋め込みローカル実行にフォールバックします。
