タイムゾーン
エージェント、エンベロープ、プロンプトのタイムゾーン処理
OpenClawはタイムスタンプを正規化し、モデルが単一の参照時刻を確認できるようにします。
メッセージエンベロープ（デフォルト：ローカル）
受信メッセージは次のようにエンベロープでラップされます：
[Provider ... 2026-01-05 16:26 PST] message text
エンベロープ内のタイムスタンプは分精度のデフォルトのホストローカルです。
以下でオーバーライドできます：
