- ''--channel'' はオプションです。省略すると、各チャンネル（拡張機能を含む）が一覧表示されます。
- ''--target'' accepts ''channel:<id>'' or raw numeric channel ID, Discord-only.
- プローブはプロバイダー固有です：Discord インテント + オプションのチャンネル権限； Slack ボット + ユーザースコープ； Telegram ボットフラグ + webhook； Signal デーモンバージョン； MS Teams アプリトークン + Graph ロール/スコープ（既知の場合は注釈付き）。プローブのないチャンネルは ''Probe: unavailable'' を報告します。
名前を ID に解決
プロバイダーディレクトリを使用してチャンネル/ユーザー名を ID に解決します：

Notes:
- ''--kind user|group|auto'' を使用してターゲットタイプを強制します。複数のエントリが同じ名前を共有している場合、解決はアクティブな一致を優先します。
